Set in a quiet street in Pymble was this beautiful concept awaiting construction. Our client asked us to manage the construction and sales process for this amazing home. Our team provided the client with state of the art construction methods that saved time, money and provided many indirect benefits such as energy savings from cooling and heating. Our team was also responsible for the interior design and sales preparation to ensure the home was well presented and ready for market. Paddington

The Paddington project was one of our toughest challenges, but most rewarding. Our client sought to completely overhaul the 100 year old terrace to re-create a new standard and quality of living that promoted harmonious connections with indoor and outdoor areas and to leverage the north east facing aspect for natural light to feed throughout the house . Our team were responsible for planning and design consultancy, project management and construction of the new three storey dwelling.  The use of space and availability of storage along with the feeling of spaciousness was some of the best we have seen and we were proud to deliver such an amazing outcome for our client.

Darlinghurst

The Darlinghurst project was a boutique one bedroom apartment fit out which required complete design and construction of the kitchen, living space refurbishment, bathroom renovation and bedroom upgrade. With consideration to specific local council requirements our team were able to deliver the works on time and within budget without disruption to neighbouring properties.

Wollstonecraft

Our client at Wollstonecraft required a full bathroom renovation which included, design, material selection, demolition and re-build with a new configuration to suit the area. Our team provided the client with a range of design options which included a number of layouts and finishes to choose from. The end result was a beautiful all white theme with chrome plated premium fittings and frameless glass detail to finish.

Sydney, CBD

Our work at the Kings Own Institute (KOI) drew on our teams experience to autonomously project manage end to end solution delivery outside of business hours. Our effort included many long nights and busy weekends to deliver within the required timeframes. The project highlighted our ability to co-ordinate stakeholders, building management, suppliers, material delivery management and CBD traffic management to deliver the full office refurbishment which included a state of the art designer boardroom, reception area, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, staff break out area and a state of the art resource centre for students and staff.

Glenorie

Our attention to detail, passion for quality and our dedication to deliver a truly inspiring result is showcased in our work on this amazing property in Glenorie. The team at Intacon provided bathroom renovations, internal floor treatment and external premium tiling services to bring out unique character of this property. The amazing ground level balcony was labour of love as each piece was carefully placed to deliver a truly breathtaking finish with artistic appeal accentuating a classic federation character. The same attention to detail was extended into the bathrooms and complimented with intricate premium fittings that define the period, a mixture of marble and wooden finishes to highlight key elements and classic free standing bathtubs which place emphasis on luxury. We had a great time delivery this project and we hope you enjoy the photos.

Lalor Park

The Lalor Park project saw the team deliver a bathroom renovation, kitchen redesign and renovation and an outdoor entertaining area that would cater for entertaining guests and providing a great BBQ experience. The use of natural colours was extended from the spacious outdoor entertainment area through the kitchen into a generous bathroom.

Northwood

Some our more common refurbishment and extension projects are a direct result of a growing family. This was the case at our Northwood project where the requirement was to make the living spaces more open and teenager friendly.

Our solution provided for a reconfiguration to the rear of the house for greater usability and functionality to support more adults in the space. The solution provided for greater open plan living space connecting the kitchen, living and dining areas, a teenager retreat for provide private space which included a dedicated powder room. Further works outside the primary objective included an internal laundry and complete bathroom renovation.

Mona Vale

The stunning transformation at Mona Vale is a jewell in the crown for the services Intacon provide. Our team was tasked with design, project management, construction and consultancy for finishes and materials in this outstanding renovation. Our dedication to quality, attention to detail and use of premium finishes was rewarded with a nomination in the 2013 HIA-CSR NSW Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards for the large bathroom over 8sqm category. Our work was nominated as a finalist and we are extremely proud of the results. The work included a complete bathroom renovation, bedroom refurbishment and various other external residential upgrades to the rear yard.

Naremburn

Ventilation problems in this Naremburn home was creating increased mould, dampness and subsequent odours that were becoming an inconvenience. The team had been tasked with finding a solution to eradicate the ventilation issues and prevent the build up of mould in the bathroom, sunroom and kitchen.

The solution included a re-configuration of the floor plan to promote airflow between rooms and provide for added sunlight utilising ventilated skylights.

The added consideration to ventilation and the surrounding rooms had an immediate impact giving the space a fresh and clean feel without disturbing the feeling of room previously held.
